The Platform offers plans with calculated yield parameters (including APR) and a term. Calculators and marketing materials are estimates. Actual accruals depend on Platform rules, service status, and other factors. 1.2. The Company does not guarantee profit, capital preservation, uninterrupted accruals, or unrestricted withdrawals at any time. 1.3. CudaFlops is not a bank deposit, deposit insurance product, or government guarantee. 2. Crypto-asset and network risk 2.1. BTC, USDT, and other assets are volatile; stablecoins may also lose parity or face issuer/infrastructure risk. 2.2. Transfer errors (wrong network, address, memo, or amount), mempool/confirmation delays, chain reorganizations, node failures, and provider outages may delay, prevent credit, or cause loss of funds. 2.3. Deposit addresses may expire; transfers after expiry or outside interface instructions are at your risk. 3. Liquidity and withdrawal risk 3.1. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined due to security checks, limits, maintenance, provider queues, KYC/AML requirements, or law. 3.2. Network and platform fees reduce the net amount received. Conversion rates (if any) may change before execution. 4. Operational and cyber risk 4.1. Software, hosting, email, 2FA, payment APIs, calculation errors, and accrual delays may occur. 4.2. Phishing sites, malware, and compromise of your email/device may lead to account takeover. The Company does not restore assets withdrawn by an attacker after a successful login with your credentials, except where required by law or where the Company’s fault is established. 4.3. Never share passwords, email codes, or seed phrases with third-party “support”. 5. Regulatory and tax risk 5.1. Legal treatment of crypto assets and compute/investment-style services differs by jurisdiction and may change. The Company may restrict access from certain countries or change the product. 5.2. Taxation of income is your responsibility in your jurisdiction. The Company may not act as a tax withholding agent. 6. Counterparty and third-party risk 6.1. Some functions depend on external providers (crypto payments, infrastructure). Their downtime or insolvency affects the service. 6.2. Referral rewards depend on invitee activity and program rules; they may be changed or discontinued. 7. Restriction risk For Terms violations, suspected fraud/AML issues, sanctions risk, or lawful requests, access, operations, and withdrawals may be limited during review or permanently within the limits of law. 8.
